Welcome to the SECOND ANNUAL Tampa International Fringe Festival!
We’re so excited to announce that applications are open for our second year festival! If you’ve got an idea, a creative hunch, or even just a great title to build on, apply for the festival!
How to Fringe:
Buy a BUTTON! You can do this for $5 at any fringe box office at any location or at Fringe Central! The BUTTON allows you entry to any show that you purchase tickets for. It is a widely popular system that helps the festival to allow all box office proceeds to go into the hands of the artists!
Buy TICKETS! You can do this online through our website which will lead you to a special Brown Paper Tickets portal to the show of your choosing. And don’t worry – there are no fees taken out of the price for the artist, your fees are minimal, and the festival isn’t taking a cut. Tickets are also available at the door – try to have cash so there are no fees!
Go to the special events and parties! Every year we have so much to do surrounding the actual shows of the festivals! Special events include VIP parties, Midnight Cabarets, Karaoke Open Mics, Kids Fringe events, Panel Talks, Fringe Yoga, and so much more!
SEE SHOWS! There will be 30 shows participating in the festival this year, with six performances each! We will be specially designing the program for you to be able to wander from venue to venue with plenty of time to check out shows from your favorite locals and for you to take a chance on something from a far away place.
Get together over food or a drink at Fringe Central or at one of our other events and talk about what you’ve seen! Mingle with folks from all over – audience and artist alike, and talk about what performance means to you, and how you would like for it to move forward, and learn from others’ ideas too!
If you want to seriously fringe, why not have a look at our opportunities page to see how you can help out by volunteering or housing one of our touring artists?
See you at the Tampa Fringe this May!
